We used ultrafast PL spectroscopy to study the carrier dynamics in the energy of states of the double layer InAs/GaAs QD structure with large spacer distance (30 nm) emitting at 1.3 μm at room temperature.
Ultrarychlá PL spektroskopie byla použita ke studiu dynamiky nosičů náboje v energii stavů v dvojvrstvé InAs/GaAs QD struktuře s velkou vzdáleností mezi vrstvami (30 nm) emitující na 1.3 μm za pokojové teploty.
