    An infrared transmission study of a thin layer of bulk graphite in magnetic fields up to 34 T is described. It was found that the optical response of K point electrons corresponds to a graphene bilayer with doubled effective interlayer coupling.

    Je popsána studie tenkých vrstev objemového grafitu pomocí infračervené transmise v magnetických polích do 34 T. Bylo nalezeno, že optická odezva elektronů v bodě K odpovídá grafénové dvojvrstvě se zdvojenou efektivní vazbou mezi vrstvami.
