Alien vascular flora of Europe, comprising 5789 species about half of which have their origin on other continents, is assessed and information on its structure in terms of dynamics of introduction, pathaways, habitat affiliation and impact is provided. At present, there are six new alien species recorded as naturalized in Europe.

Práce je přehledem nepůvodní flóry Evropy, která zahrnuje 5789 druhů, z nich zhruba polovina pochází z jiných kontinentů. Je popsána dynamika zavlékání a struktura nepůvodní flóry z hlediska způsobu zavlékání, vazby na stanoviště a impaktu. V současné době je v Evropě každoročně registrováno 6 nových naturalizovaných druhů cizího původu.
