Hybrid dock of Uteush (Rumex patientia x Rumex tianschanicus) is a perspective high productive crop. We screened two dock-farming localities in SW and NE part of Czech Republic for the presence of potyviruses, potexviruses, and carlaviruses. In the SW we detected a high incidence of Potato virus X (PVX), however, in the NE we did not detect any dock plants infected with PVX. Next to other viruses, Turnip yelow mosaic virus, and Radish mosaic virus mechanically inoculated on the hybrid dock were detected 9 months after inoculation in the infected plants.

Hybridní šťovík Uteuša (Rumex patientia x Rumex tianschanicus) je perspektivní energetická plodina. Sledovali jsme výskyt potyvirů, potexvirů a carlavirů na lokalitách JV a SV České Republiky. V JZ lokalitě jsme zjistili vysoký výskyt X viru bramboru, na druhé lokalitě však nikoli. Kromě jiných virů, v hybridním šťovíku dokázaly minimálně 9 měsíců od mechanického naočkování přežívat další dva viry – RaMV a TYMV.
