A new and simple two-steps method of extraction of alkali-soluble .beta.-glucans from Pleurotus spp. and Lentinus edodes mushrooms was developed. FTIR and 13C NMR analyses confirmed that the main polysaccharide component in extracts is branched .beta.-(1,3)(1,6)-glucan.
Byla vyvinuta nová a jednoduchá dvoustupňová metoda extrakce v alkalickém prostředí rozpustných .beta.-glukanů z hub Pleurotus spp. a Lentinus edodes. FTIR a 13C NMR analýzy potvrdily, že hlavní polysacharidovou složkou v extraktech je větvený .beta.-(1,3)(1,6)-glukan.
