Skleníkové plyny mají důležitou úlohu v atmosféře. Bez nich by průměrná teplota na povrchu Země byla asi 30 stupňů pod současným stavem. Přirozená koncentrace skleníkových plynů se zvyšuje kvůli různým lidským aktivitám.
Greenhouse gases play an important role in the Earth atmosphere. Without the greenhouse gases, the average temperature would be some 30 degrees bellow the recent one. The natural concentration of greenhouse gases is continuously inreasing due to man activities.
