Various methods for 3D measurements of capillarity are compared. The main biological outcome of this study is that the capillary network is remodelled by the fibre size and not by the intensity of the oxidative metabolism
Dostupné metody pro meření délky kapilár ve 3D byly vyzkoušeny a vzájemně porovnány. Ukázalo se, že kapilární síť se proměňuje spíš v závislosti na průměru svalových vláken než na typu metabolizmu
