The article maps out the origin and context of the František Tichý´s painting White Blacks from 1936. In addition, the text focuses on reflections of cannibalism of "primitive cultures" in Bohemia from 16th century.
Článek sleduje původ a kontext vzniku obrazu Františka Tichého Bílí černoši z roku 1936. Kromě toho se zaměřuje na reflexe kanibalismu tzv. primitivních kultur v Čechách od počátku 16. století.
