Melanoma in mice was studied with combined techniques of confocal microscopy. Imaging results were correlated to immunological and functional events after microwave-induced hyperthermia. Application of image analysis method enabled objective evaluation. Results are perspective for exploiting the presented microscopic techniques for testing clinical treatments
