    In this study we provide evidence that non-dioxin-like PCB 153 congener induces degradation of several proteins participating in formation of adherens junction proteins in a model of liver progenitor cells. These effects include also inhibition of beta-catenin-dependent transcription.

    V rámci této studie bylo prokázáno, že nedioxinový kongener PCB 153 způsobuje degradaci proteinů tvořících adherentní spoje v modelu jaterních progenitorových buněk. Jeho účinky vedou také k inhibici transkripce kontrolované beta-kateninem.
