Karviná region, part of the Upper Silesian Basin, is the area with underground exploitation of black coal. This exploitation manifests also as negative effects on the surface, mainly deformations of surface, changes of hydrogeological conditions and induced vibrations. Experimental investigation documents intensive vibration – mining induced seismicity - seismic velocity component of the most intensive shocks exceeds the value of 10 mm.s-1.
Karvinská oblast, část hornoslezské pánve, je oblast s hlubinným dobýváním černého uhlí. Výsledkem dobývání jsou také negativní vlivy, především deformace povrchu, změny hydrogeologických podmínek a vyvolané vibrace. Experimentální výzkum dokumentuje velmi intenzivní vibrace – důlně indukovanou seizmicitu – s maximální amplitudou rychlosti kmitání přesahující 10 mm.s-1.
