The aim of the issue is a brief evaluation of two different forms of wind power exploitation in the context of cultural landscape perception and tourism potential. The research consisted of two mutually linked parts: historical document analysis and questionnaire survey with tourists and visitors of two recreational areas in the Czech Republic.

Autoři si v tomto článku kladou za cíl komplexně zhodnotit historii a současnost dvou různých podob využívání větrné energie v kontextu percepce kulturní krajiny a potenciálu cestovního ruchu. Vlastní výzkum sestával z analýzy historických dokumentů a dotazníkového šetření s turisty dvou rekreačních oblastí v ČR.
