Water freezing and supercooling were experimentally studied by methods of thermal analysis in a water droplet of 5 mm in diameter depending on previous thermal treatment (temperatures and times of overheating) and cooling rates.

Tuhnutí a podchlazení vody bylo experimentálně studováno metodami termické analýzy v kapce vody o průměru 5 mm v závislosti na předchozím teplotním zpracování (teplotě a čase přehřátí) a rychlosti chlazení.
