Osnova nového českého občanského zákoníku usiluje začlenit civilní právo znovu do kontextu standartních zákonných úprav kontinentální Evropy moderní úpravou tradičního a vyzkoušeného. V rámci tohoto navrhuje vrátit do českého kodexu institut privilegovaných závětí.
The draft of the new Czech Civil Code attempts to re-incorporate Civil Law into the context of standard legal regulations of continental Europe by a modern regulation of the traditional and time-tested. Within this draft it is proposed to return the institute of privileged testaments into the Czech Code.
