    Capillary affinity electrophoresis and theoretical ab initio calculation have been applied to the investigation and quantitative evaluation of complexation of macrocyclic depsipeptide antibiotic valinomycin with sodium cation in methanol.

    Kapilární afinitní elektroforéza a teoretický výpočet metodou ab initio byly využity ke kvantitativní charakterizaci komplexace makrocyklického depsipeptidového antibiotika valinomycinu s kationtem sodíku v methanolu.
