Higher intake of n-3 LCPUFA has beneficial effects on lipid metabolism, obesity and insulin sensitivity. We tested the effects of n-3 LCPUFA intake during perinatal development and lactation on metabolic programming in mice offspring. Higher n-3 LCPUFA intake has probably positive effect on metabolism also in adult age
Zvýšený příjem n-3 LCPUFA má prospěšný vliv na metabolismus lipidů, obezitu a citlivost k inzulínu. Na myším modelu jsme zkoumali vliv příjemu n-3 LCPUFA během perinatálního období a laktace na programování metabolismu mláďat. Vyšší příjem n-3 LCPUFA během tohoto období má pravděpodobně pozitivní vliv na metabolismus i v období dospělosti
