    Molecular dynamics study of the catalytic mechanism of hairpin ribozyme. The calculations were supplemented by electrophoretic mobility shift essay. Main attention of this study was paid to A38 base and hydration of the catalytic site as well.

    Molekulově dynamická studie katalytického mechanismu hairpin ribozymu. Ve výpočtu byly doplněny elektroforetickými měřeními. Hlavní pozornost této studie byla věnována bázi A38 a také hydrataci v oblasti katalytického místa.
