Functional diversity of nucleic acids (NAs) makes their study crucial for deeper understanding of many essential biological processes. The experimental J-couplings were correlated with the theoretical J-couplings obtained as the dynamical averages of the Karplus equations relevant to the torsion angles. The dynamical information was captured using the molecular dynamics (MD) calculation method.
Funkční rozmanitost nukleových kyselin z nich dělá důležitý prvek k porozumění základních biologických procesů, do nichž jsou zapojeny. Experimentální spin-spinové konstanty byly korelovány s teoretickými spin-spinovými konstantami získanými dynamickým průměrováním Karplusových rovnic pro odpovídající torze. Pro výpočet dynamikcých vlastností byly použity molekulárně dynamické výpočty.
