The in vitro metabolism of flupitrine and its metabolite D13223, a centrally acting analgesic with muscle tone-reducing activity, was studied. The metabolism of these drugs is connected with their redox chemistry. The redox behavior was studied by cyclic voltammetry and compare with the potential role of various oxidative enzymes.
Byl studován metabolismus analgetika flupirtinu a jeho analogu D13223, které centrálně regulují svalové napětí. Jejich aktivita souvisí s redoxním chováním. To bylo studováno pomocí cyklické voltametrie a následně byl oxidativní metabolismus studován na řadě modelových, oxidativní enzymy zahrnujících, systémů.
