The aim of this work was obtaining high-coverage of the primary structure of the protein LTP1 and to determine posttranslational modifications as lipid adduction and glycation.

Cílem práce bylo získat vysoké pokrytí primární struktury proteinu LTP1 a určit posttranslační modifikace jako je adukce lipidu a glykace.
