A set of selected matrices has been tested for MALDI-TOF MS analysis of glycoproteins . The attention was focused on new binary matrices. The binary matrices 2,5-DHB/CHCA and 2,5-DHB/SA have been proved the mass spectra with the best quality and showed an universal applicability.
Soubor vybraných matric byl testován pro MALDI-TOF MS analýzu glykoproteinů. Pozornost byla věnována zejména vývoji nových binárních matric. Binární matrice 2,5-DHB/CHCA a 2,5-DHB/SA poskytly hmotnostní spektra se nejvyšší kvalitou a prokázaly svoji univerzálnost.
