Resveratrol and silymarin reduce toxic effects induced in rat hepatocytes by tert-butylhydroperoxide. Their protective effects depend on suppression of the inducible nitric oxide synthase (NOS-2) and hemoxygenase-1 (HO-1) gene expression.
Resveratrol a sylimarin snižují totoxické účinky tert-butylhydroperoxidu u potkaních hepatocytů. Mechanismus protektivního účinku spočívá v inhibici genové exprese inducibilní NO syntasy (NOS-2) a hemoxygenasy-1 (HO-1).
