    We observe a singularity in the temperature derivative dR/dT of resistivity at the Curie point of high-quality (Ga,Mn)As. Physical mechanisms leading to the singularity are discussed.

    V (Ga,Mn)As experimentálně pozorujeme singularitu v derivaci odporu podle teploty na Curieho bodě. Jsou diskutovány fyzikální mechanismy, které k této singularitě vedou.
