Stereochemistry of the isosteric phosphonate linkage was thoroughly studied on model 13C-labeled dimers, using NMR, MDS, and ab initio approaches. Conformational preferences were evaluated.
Byla studována stereochemie internukleotidové vazby isosterní s klasickou vazbou fosfodiesterovou, a to na modelovém značeném thymidylátovém dimeru za užití NMR, MDS a ab-initio metod. Určeny konformační preference.
