A combination of affinity chromatography, SDS-PAGE and mass spectrometry was used for the systematic analysis of selected barley proteins and glycoproteins.

V předkládané práci byla představena kombinace afinitní chromatografie, SDS-PAGE a hmotnostní spektrometrie pro systematickou analýzu vybraných proteinů a glykoproteinů izolovaných z ječných zrn.
