We construct the explicit form of the functional governing the dynamical occupation density and current fluctuations for a generic mesoscopic system in a nonequilibrium steady state.

Konstruujeme explicitní tvar funkcionálu, který řídí dynamické fluktuace četnosti obsazení a proudů pro generický mezoskopický systém v nerovnovážném stacionárním stavu.
