    This study provides the evidence for in vitro antioxidative effect against perocyl radical and nitric oxide of wine polyphenols - catechin, quercetin and resvetratrol.

    Tato studie poskytuje důkaz o antioxidačním účinku polyfenolů z vína - katechinu, epikatecinu, quercetinu a resveratrolu proti peroxylovému radikálu a oxidu dusnatému in vitro.
