Článek popisuje vývoj mezinárodněprávní úpravy vyjímek ze zákazu použití síly do přijetí Charty OSN v roce 1945 a další vývoj v první polovině 20. století.

The article explains differences between the regulation of the use of force in the so-called classical international law until 1945, and then describes the development until the adoption of the Charter of the United Nations in 1945. It deals with development in the first half of the 20th century.
