    Thin films of nickel phthalocyanine (NiPc) were deposited on an as-received and on a mildly sputtered PEDOT:PSS film by spin coating on fluorine tin oxide coated glass. The electronic properties of the PEDOT:PSS surface, both as loaded and upon thermal treatment and sputtering, as well as of the interfaces between NiPc and PEDOT:PSS are studied by X-ray and UV photoelectron spectroscopies in order to investigate both the electronic and the chemical properties of the materials.

    Tenké vrstvy ftalocyaninu niklu byly deponovány pomocí rotačního nanášení na fluorovaném ITO skle a na skle potaženém vrstvou PEDOT:PSS. Elektronové vlastnosti povrchu PEDOT:PSS a povrchu po termické úpravě, vrstev připravených naprašováním a přechodu mezi ftalocyaninem niklu a PEDOT:PSS byly studovány pomocí X- a UV-fotoelektronové spektroskopie k získání informací o elektronových a chemických vlastnostech zmíněných materiálů.
