    Subject RIV: BI - Acoustics

The contribution presents the numerical results of stability analysis and the frequency-modal characteristics of an originally developed dynamical model of vocal-fold-shaped vibrating element in the phonatory airflow. Especially, the influence of the vocal folds on the aeroelastic instability boundaries is theoretically studied. The results approximately reflect phenomena known from voice physiology.
