Předložený příspěvek si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře podrobněji s koncepcí navržené úpravy dědění v novém občanském zákoníku, s návrhem úpravy nejdůležitějších institutů a základních normativních konstrukcí dedického práva i s hlavními důvody zaměření návrhu.

The author presents in some detail the concept of the proposed codification of inherintance procedure in the new Civil Code, the proposed reglementation of the most important institutions and of the fundamental normative constructions of the law of inheritance and the basic principles of the concept of the draft.
