This paper brings the faunistical checklist of the soil and moss inhabiting testate amoebae found in the National Nature Reserve Voděradské bučiny near Prague in the years 1986-1999. The checklist summarized faunistical data about tetate amoebae from 23 localities studied in this nature reserve within the framework of several scientific projects (study of ecotonal effect, study of global changes in ecosystems and study of microhabitats). In total 151 testate amoebae species, varieties and forms from 31 genera were found. From this number there are 15 species and varieties of new findings for the testate amoebae fauna of the Czech Republic. New findings are described and depicted and its ecological characteristics and zoogeographical distribution are mentioned here.
