The paper deals with technology for fast building, heightening, consolidation and solidification of levees, elimination of local impact of water erosion, closing of breakdown, working out of approach thoroughfare, measures against landslide etc. during floods. Proposed solution is based on large-voluminous bags, filled hydraulically by water and environmentally acceptable loose material slurry. The method can be also used for closure and tightening of admittance of areas and spaces in mines.
