    The methods of conductance and capacitance relaxation were used to monitor hybridization of C16pdT15 attached on the surface of lipid membranes (s-BLM) with complementary dA15. Both methods are sensitive to the hybridization processand, therefore, they allow label free detection of hybridization at relatively small concentrations.
