The preparation of an affinity sorbent containing immobilized L-glyceryl phosphorylcholine for affinity chromatography of phosphorylcholine-binding proteins from bear, bull and human seminal plasmas is described. Adsorbed phosphorylcholine-binding proteins were characterized by SDS-PAGE and RP HPLC. In human seminal plasma no phosphorylcholine-binding proteins were found.
