Murine carcinoma MK16 was utilized to compare the efficacz of loading dendritic cells with tumour lysates and a synthetic HPV16 E7-derived peptide. It has been found that loading the DC with tumour lysate is more efficient for .I.in vitro priming of syngeneic spleen cells than loading with the immunodominant peptide and that two established DC lines are also able to prime the mitogenic activity of syngeneic spleen cells after loading with antigen.
