Mutagenicity of extractable organic matter from air particles PM10 (air samples from high polluted Teplice and rural Prachatice, Czech Rep., 1993-1994, 1996-1997) was studied by the Ames test using Salmonella typhimurium indicator strains TA98 and YG11041.
