Způsob přípravy hnojiv z látek obsahující hliník spočívá v tom, že se na sloučeniny obsahující hliník ve formě kationtů, buď samotné nebo ve směsi s látkami, jako jsou hnojiva nebo suroviny při výrobě hnojiv používané, působí při teplotě 10 až 200 oC, po dobu 5 min a 8 hodin hydroxylovými ionty o takové koncentraci, aby výsledné pH reakční směsi leželo v mezích 4 až 10, a vzniklá hmota samotná nebo po přídavku dalších látek se dále upravuje sušením, mletím, tvarováním.
