    Mineralization procedures for blood and urine suitable for the determination of arsenic by hydride generation AAS (HG AAS) are studied on model samples, containing arsenic species (As(III), As(V), DMA, MMA, AsB, AsC). Results are utilized in biological monitoring investigations. Two preparation procedures for urine give arsenic recoveries close to 100
