    Identifikací několika bílkovin z r-zných č stí ječmene byla demonstrov na účinnost proteomické metody zalo'ené na kombinaci gelové elektroforézy, MALDI-TOF MS a bioinformatiky. Metoda m-'e být vyu'ita pro identifikaci odr-d sladovniockého ječmene. Identifikovanýmy bílkovinami byly ribulose biofosf t karboxylasa v extraktu z list- a beta-amylasa a aldosa reduktasa v extraktu ze zrna.

    The efficiency of the proteomic method, based on combination of gel electrophoresis, MALDI-TOF MS and bioinformatics was demonstrated on the basis of identification of several proteins from various barley samples. The method can be successfully applied to the identification of malting barley varieties. The identified proteins were ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase from barley leaves and beta-amylase and aldose reductase from barley grains.
