The size dependent electrophoretic migration and separation of liposomes ranging in 125 to 488 nm in mean deameter was demonstrated and studied in capillary zone electrophoresis. It was shown that migration is primarily function of thickness of electric double layer, liposume radius and surface charge density in manner consistent with electrokinetic theory.
