The combination of charged mobility standards with a mobility marker, injected simultaneously with the measured substances, makes the method more robust, minimizes the number of runs and informs on contingent side-effects capable to distorte raw data. The non-linear fitting of raw data lowers 3-5 times the standard deviations of calculated data. pKa values of cytonikins and their analogs obtained using this method range from 2.8 to 4.0 at 25 oC in phosphate and acetate buffers of ionic strength 0.015 M.
