The separation of peptides and proteins carried out in a hydro-philically coated capillary in 10 mmol/1 phosphate buffer containing7.5 (w/w) Pluronic F127 copolymer (apparent pH 2.9) was developed. Its is concluded that this separation occur on the charge/mass ratiobasis with molecular sieving effects acting as a secondary partitionmechanism.
