This paper deals with impedance measurements of gas sensors with active layers prepared by pulsed laser deposition technology. The deposition was carried out from SbO2 and SnAcAc-based targets by KrF (248 nm) excimer laser. The main interest was focused to following problems measurements of real and imaginery part of complex impedance for frquencies ranging from 100Hz to 10MHz.
