    Electrical resistivity, magnetization and specific heat measurements confirm a magnetic ordering at 40 K. There is a remarkable magnetic anisotropy with magnetization of 1.6ćB/f in the plane and 0.2ćB/f along the hard axis. The anomaly magnetization at 60 k induced by the magnetic field axis has been found.
