    The ferromagnetic resonance measurements enable exact determination of the g-factor and damping factor of ferromagnets.This paper presents the above quantities for Co and Fe, and their alloys, and points out tha basic role of spin-orbit interaaction mechanism as a main cause of damping and spin/orbit ratio.
