    Ternary Cs-Pb-Cl compounds were preparedby co-evaporation of CsCl and PbCl2 powders. Bridgman-grown single crystals of the ternary CsPbCl3 phase were also evaporated to produce "bulk-like" films. Deposited materials are consituted by nanometer-sized single crystals grains. Current-voltahe characteristics reveal a complex response of the material to the applied voltage variations.
