Ve vztahu k nadpisu se tento článek skládá ze tří částí. V první je uvedem popis struktury duhovky lidského oka a zhotovení jejího opticky transmisního binárního modelu k následné kohentní optické Fourierově analýze. V druhé části je popsána vhodná modifikace koherentního optického Fourierova analyzátoru.
