    Aftern ultraviolet irradiation at low temperature (T<50K) paramagnetic centres of Ti 3+, Pb 3+ and Pb + were observed. It was shown that Ti 3+ nad Pb 3+ are created in regular lattice sites perturbed by La 3+ (La 3+ mainly substitutes for Pb 2+ and partially for Ti 4+) by trapping carries from the conduction or valence band.
