Článek je souhrnem dějin výskumu v Mladečských jeskyních. Zahrnuje též výsledek nedávné analýzy úložného kontextu lidských fosílií. Fosílie byly nalezeny na omezených plochách, které mají vztah ke kuželům trosek, nakupených pod komíny jeskyní. To neznamená, že do nitra jeskyň nikdy nevstoupila živá zvířata a lidé, ale zpochybňují to, že lidské paleontologické akumulace byly důsledkem lidské činnosti uvnitřprostorů jeskyň.

This paper is a summary of research history in theMladeč Caves.It also incorporates the results of recent analysis of the depositional context of humanfossils. The fossils were found in restricted areas,related to debris cones accumulated under the cavechimneys. This does not mean that living animals andhumans never entered the interior of the caves, butit makes it unlikely that the human paleolntologicalaccumulations were the result of human activity withhin the cave chambers.
